Four for Four.. !!

After Drop-Tine's monster muzzle-loader mulie, he's been on cloud nine. He hunted whitetails with the TC Encore in SK the month of October without any major action.

There is a couple week break until the rifle season opens on the 15th of November and as you can imagine, he was going squirrely with nothing to hunt. So he couldn't resist the urge to head west to his old stomping grounds in northern Alberta, meet up with his old hunting crew and try to complete the "Foursome" consisting of four good Alberta bucks in four years.

He only had a few days to hunt, waiting for a monster to show up til the bitter end but in the witching hour with mere minutes of legal light left in his hunt, this heavy old buck made the mistake of cruising out on the cutline to look for a doe. He's a pretty 4x4 with long sweeping beams and great weight that make him a great last minute trophy..

Way to go Drop-Tine, you are a PREDATOR..!! Now back to Saskatchewan to try for a WT double.. !!

Shane's 2009 Whitey !

Well, here are the three musketeers with yet another stellar whitey.. We hunt HARD and get the job done, year in and year out... These two veteran's and young Shane-Son have combined for some great Northern Alberta Whitetails.. Way to go bro on another terrific Alberta whitetail.. !

Weiner's BEAUTY 5x5 WT

Well, Shane has put a few decent whiteys on the ground since the "Ghost Buck" was stolen the night he shot it in 2004... This was his year to finally put one on the ground that rivalled that buck.. He shot this gorgeous 5x5 as it ran out of the bush onto a cutline to chase a smaller buck off a doe. The buck's fatal mistake and Shane made him pay.. As you can see, a small bump on the left antler had the makings of a dropper.. Way to go bro.. Excellent buck..
